Your back is sore because you are using bad technique and lifting with your back instead of instead with your legs. Try keeping your butt down as much as possible during the lift. What you’re doing is basically a dead drop which should only be used for high rep work to improve explosion ( you would also use an over/over grip instead of over/under for the dead drop).

I bet Seth Petrazolli could do more. He knocked out kimbo with a jab! The only thing I have ever seen you do is pee in someone’s fruit cocktail.
