Arrived from Orlando today, and am only 18 lbs over!

This will make for a great,fun week of cutting weight in the land of crepes, patisseries, and Tim Horton’s.

Nuckolls and I strolled around to the Latin Quarter, had some Vietnamese food, then took the Metro back to the hotel.

Holy crap, Montreal is a clean city. Except for the Canadiens fans everywhere.

Here is an awesome highlight of one of my students(more like a great training partner), from some of his grappling matches. He just took 2nd place at GQ Intermediate division, losing by advantage, but is only 19 and has a super bright future ahead of him…..oh and he has learned immensely from me and has started making his presence known on the UG.

If you don’t know who Chan Sung Jung is, you will soon! He is the Korean Zombie and he is coming to WEC! He is amazing, and combined with my strange affinity for all things South Korean, my brain just about exploded this morning when I got these awesome pictures in my email inbox!!
