Hey everyone, my laptop has been busted since right after the Aaron Simpson fight, so it is kind of tough for me to get on the ‘net and update the site as much as I’d like unless I find time to use the gym computer.

Last week myself, Seth Petruzelli, and Dave Baggett went down to the Freestyle Fighting Academy in South Florida to train and help FFA fighter Mike Bernhard get ready for his showdown with former WEC title challenger. Ariel Gandulla in a few weeks. Both Dave and I have fought Ariel (I also defeated him in a sub grappling event in addition to an MMA no-contest, while Dave ko’d him a year or so ago) so we were more than ready to give some input and help Mike out. Below you can find some vids of us training at the FFA Davie location, as well as the Miami HQ, and also my 30 second no contest fight with Ariel!

I’ve also added a link to my page that is to FFACoach.com For anyone who loves learning new techniques in MMA, THIS SHOULD BE YOUR #1 RESOURCE. I put so much stock in to Marcos and David Avellan’s system that I MADE SURE that their new website was all over my fight banner at UFN #20!
