1. I am finally back in Orlando after my whirlwind tour of Montreal, London, Birmingham, Orlando,Ft.Myers, Orlando, Las Vegas, Miami,Cuba, Orlando,Miami, Las Vegas,Atlantic City,Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Key West!

In that time this is what I have done:

-Been to 2 UFC’s and 6 MMA events in total.

-Done commentary on 2 of them.

-Out drank various Englishmen

-Watched Conor “Hurricane” Huen dropkick a British bouncer

-Been to Cuba

-Smoked a cigar while climbing a mountain, scuba dived with no license, and had a santeria performed for me

-Got to see my boy Danny’s new place in Philly, while being drunk and almost going in to a “Wolf Party” (Don’t ask)

-trained at Warrior TC, Wand Fight Team, Suffer Training Center,and Tapout Training Center in Vegas

-Watched an awesome UFC116 card, with 3 fight of the year candidates,1 being a loss by my boy the Silverback=*(

-Was the best man at an awesome wedding on a boat,featuring Shark & Sarai

-Cornered fighters at a great WEF show,capped off by Mike “The Bald Eagle” Lee’s KO of the Year headkick in :52

-Been drunk the majority of the time

GREAT SUCCESS!!!!

But now I have signed the contract for my next fight and will be back on the grind, improving daily, and bringing some new surprises to the cage for the UFC!!!!!

For some reason, my marathon runs inside jumping over tires and doing spins and flips isn’t included. Or the time I out sprinted a female bodybuilder and a CFL defensive back in 400s.

If you are in Central Florida and aren’t training at DTS Performance, you are doing yourself a disservice. Jon & Liv are awesome and run an awesome program….I’m READY for this weekend.

I’ll do my best to keep everyone updated on my happenings here at UFC113.

Arrived from Orlando today, and am only 18 lbs over!

This will make for a great,fun week of cutting weight in the land of crepes, patisseries, and Tim Horton’s.

Nuckolls and I strolled around to the Latin Quarter, had some Vietnamese food, then took the Metro back to the hotel.

Holy crap, Montreal is a clean city. Except for the Canadiens fans everywhere.
